Call to all Humanity - Return to the Father in Heaven
Preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ is also a call to all humanity from our heavenly Father through his chosen servants. The Father and his only begotten son (our saviour), Jesus Christ, want us to heed their call to return to the Kingdom of God. This is a call I extend through the Internet, a web page that preaches the Lord's true gospel.
This call is to preach the gospel of salvation and repentance to the world. This is not a call to attend to my beliefs or personal idea of salvation. The Lord does not permit his disciples to embark onto a campaign of personal beliefs and agenda's, no matter how good they may seem, because we do not own or direct the plan of Salvation. The Father owns and directs the plan of Salvation; Jesus Christ organizes and administers the Father's plan. Jesus Christ assigns his servants and missionaries; we do not assign ourselves. Jesus Christ is the one that must authorize the missionaries with authority and power to preach, and to have the company and help from the Holy Ghost, including any ministering angels as needed.
Can any man or woman command the Holy Ghost or God's angels to be present as can Jesus Christ, just because they say they have the Bible or a belief? Nay, God's ways are not under our command, and his plan of Salvation is completely under his control, not ours. Our duty is to abide in God and follow him.
In saying this it is the duty of all disciples of Jesus Christ, the one's who are properly and duly called by prophecy, to meet with, speak to, serve others and preach his gospel, to all who are willing to receive his word.
This call from God has no boundaries, applies to all people, in all places of the world, no matter their personal beliefs. The Lord works through his chosen servants and works through life to influence those who are still out of reach of his earthly servants, preparing them to receive the gospel. It may take time, but with access to the Internet, the Lord's gospel can help reach places and people to preach the gospel of salvation and repentance.
Come and see what the Lord has provided for the world. His one and true Church (The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints) restored through his chosen prophet. Organized and built by the direct guidance of the Lord Jesus Christ, through his chosen prophet, Joseph Smith, so that all humanity may join him and gain salvation and exaltation. Yes, Jesus Christ is alive and seeks us, for this I testify is true by direct experience with the Spirit of God and the Spirit of Jesus Christ. He sought me out, connected with me; led me to his Church and confirmed, through the Holy Ghost, that it was his true Church.
If some people in other Christian churches find this claim I make hard to believe, then I say - "Consider then your faith", even if you restrict it to the Bible. Do you deny my claim by faith or belief? If it is by belief, then it does not have any basis to spiritually discern falsehood from truth, and you merely have a belief, which belongs to you and no one else. If it is by faith, consider the following. It is by faith that one can discern spiritual claims as true or false, it is not by belief. By faith, one communicates with the Holy Spirit of God, and it is by faith that God confirms any inquiry as to his Church. If ye doubt my words of faith, then what faith do you truly have and where is it focused?
Call to Repentance
Ever since the beginning of this earth, with Adam and Eve as the parents of all humanity, God has called us to repentance. Unfortunately, many have lost the true understanding of repentance. It means to change our ways, to forsake the ways of the world for the ways of God, to follow higher godly ways, to become truly spiritual and gain all the blessings of that conversion. It is to learn God's word, his laws and principles. To learn and experience how these can bless us when we live them accordingly through our covenant with God. To stand as examples of God's word to the world. The willingness to forsake (put aside) the ways of the world, the ways of men for higher ways of God and alter our lives in ways that we cannot do alone. This is repentance.
What will happen if a person does not heed to God's call? Simply, in the end of things, it can result in "damnation". Please read on because so many people have sorely misunderstood what happens and believed in false doctrines or information. Damnation means that a person cannot enter the kingdom of God, to stand with God himself for all eternity, to be with Jesus Christ also. It does not specifically mean that person will go to hell.
This is where so many have avoided the call to repentance because they fear the results if they fail. Thinking that if they avoid the call to God's Church that they could avoid hell (or thinking something like that).
Many of the other Churches in Christendom have spoken false doctrine; believing and teaching that there are only two places a person will go. This is partly why, fear was the result because a person does not like the idea that they are punished for choosing not to follow God.
One of the mainstays of God's true Church is truth. In truth a person can choose rightly, knowing the consequences or results one way or the other. So I will impart to you the truth about where a person goes if they do not heed God's call.
Other Christian beliefs taught, and still teach, that we go to either heaven or hell. This is incorrect and false. Do you know why it is false?
Answer: Free will and choice is one of God's blessings to all people on this earth.
This is where there occurred a sore misunderstanding of God and his word. God gave us the freedom to choose. God does not punish for the blessing. This means if you choose not to heed God's call you are not punished for exercising free will. But wait, there is more.
Free will carries responsibilities, and one of them is called consequences or results. Some like to hear the phrase, "cause and effect". Which ever way, the use of free will and choice brings you results. The results reflect that choice, always. Both here on earth and in spirit.
Now, the belief that there is only one heaven (God's kingdom) or Hell (Satan), and that you go to hell of you ignore God's call, in truth, causes a violation of your freedom to choose.
God gives a glorious gift called freedom to choose or agency of free will, and he is going to punish us with hell if we do not heed his call to repentance? This shows a serious contradiction, and shows a dispassionate god, with no wisdom, and no love for his children.
Now here is the truth
If you choose not to heed God's call to repentance, choosing not to follow him, you do not go to hell. The act of free will to choose brings results, not necessarily punishment or penalty. God honours your freedom to choose. He is saddened if you do not choose him, but his love, true justice and wisdom, gives to you a place in another heaven. I call it another heaven in reference to his kingdom or his heaven. In other words, God has prepared "many mansions" (DC 98:18 / John 14:2) / or many places for each of us. In accordance to what you choose, him or not, and in accordance to your works in life, be they good or not, etc. On that final judgment day, God will send you to one of his other heavens (kingdoms). They are lower kingdoms compared to where God is, but they are not hell.
To end up in hell requires a serious violation of his laws. Acts or an act done by you in your life that merits punishment or eternal burning. To those who preach to you two places, and hound you with threats of hell if you do not repent, are hellish people themselves, misled and void of the truth.
This is why God gave us the restored gospel (Book of Mormon, Doctrine of Covenants and Pearl of Great Price); to show and teach us what really happens. It is called "restored" because the truth was removed over the centuries since the leaving the last apostle of God as read in the New Testament.
As part of this truth, it says that Jesus Christ taught that there are many mansions. This means many other kingdoms or places, where each man or woman can go in accordance to their beliefs, nature, spirit and level of faith of that man or woman. Therefore a good man or woman, with a good heart, who refuses to heed God's call to repentance, will go to one of the other kingdoms or places, but not into the kingdom of God, and certainly not into hell.
I say again, to go to hell requires much more than mere disobedience and refusal to heed God's call. It requires the same conditions that Lucifer (now Satan or the devil) committed. An example is to receive the light of truth from the Holy Ghost and rebel against the Holy Ghost and that truth. In other words to sin against the Holy Ghost is the unforgivable sin. This is what makes a person a "Son of Perdition".
Still there is much more for you to learn about where we go if we heed God's call or not and it is not fair to the people (you) if you are not told. How can you make an informed decision otherwise? Before the final judgment day, where do we go after we die?
What Happens after Mortal Death from Mortality
No, we do not go into oblivion, or roam the earth as ghosts. Since we are children of God and when our time on earth is over, our spirit leaves the body of flesh. Each person that dies will return to God for a partial judgment. This means God must give a preliminary judgment as to the spiritual value of our spiritual works and faith while in mortality. This is a judgement of our faith (heart), a judgment of our spiritual worthiness, of what we did with that faith here on earth, and if we heeded his call to repentance to obey and follow him. This partial judgement determines if that person enters "Spirit Prison" or "Spirit Paradise".
Spirit ParadiseIf God assigns a person passage into spiritual paradise, it is because that person was righteous, faithful and worthy in mortality. There are many factors God uses to determine this. One requirement of this consideration from God is whether the person heeded God's call to repentance, whether he or she was baptized by his Church and remained obedient. This shows a basic requirement of a "righteous" status with God.
In paradise, the occupants are at peace and all troubles gone as they await the first resurrection. These righteous continue to practice God's word and obey it continually, because they accepted God's word and laws. It would not be paradise without God's laws and word, after all, paradise belongs to God, and in order for it to be paradise, each spirit there must be righteous, faithful and obedient to God's principles, word, sayings and laws. IF a person thinks that they can deny the call to repentance and believe they can do good without heeding to God's call is sorely mistaken. Denial of this call is ignoring the laws of God, such as the law of repentance, and that alone makes a person "unrighteous" in the eyes of God, even if they do other good things here in mortality.
Yet this Spirit Paradise, as with Spirit Prison are holding areas before the final judgment. Therefore these places are not the final kingdoms or heavens where any one of us will live for all eternity.
As I have said, those in Spirit Paradise await the first resurrection, where each spirit or person will regain their flesh body. These bodies will be in perfect form as flesh and bone, with no deficiencies, malformations, missing parts, no disease of any kind, and bodies without blood.
These righteous who regain their bodies will move to live with Jesus Christ, on a renewed earth. When Jesus Christ returns to this earth, called the Second Coming, he will establish his kingdom of peace, righteousness and prosperity for 1000 years. Satan will be bound-up for that time and will be unable to affect anyone here in this renewed earth.
Spirit PrisonThis is the "other" place for all those who do not make it into Spirit Paradise. This is not a place of punishment, it is a place where those who have not repented (changed their ways and followed God). This is a temporary holding place before that final judgment day. This is where an example of a choice to ignore God's call can be seen, which are the "results" of that choice.
Again, even though it is called Spirit Prison, it is not punishment. The word prison denotes a place where you are "held", and cannot leave to any other spiritual place.
Each person will retain their troubles, which they could have removed if they repented. There is no peace or rest in this place because here, you retain your troubles and lack of peace from your mortal life.
Yes, when a person refuses to heed God's call, what are they choosing? They are choosing to remain in the life they presently live. To live by ways of sin (acts contrary to God's truth), which are ways of the world. All the troubles, problems, discord, struggles, etc that you have not resolved here in mortality, will go with you into this spiritual place after death. Remember that I said God respects a person's freedom to choose and I said that this freedom comes a responsibility?
In addition, what else does a refusal to repent bring? Well, to refuse God's call means a person does not want God's blessings and forgiveness. This choice says that each person rejects God's forgiveness for their personal sins. That is a choice by free will. A choice to keep their sins (spiritual errors), and receiving no forgiveness, makes a person spiritually unclean.
In short, Spirit Prison is a place where people will suffer their sins, habits, addictions, troubles, discords, struggles, etc, for a time. This is a place where people will still have to repent their sins, if they choose. But, there is one addition to all this. In Spiritual Prison, servants of Jesus Christ will visit you to preach and teach the Gospel of Jesus Christ to you.
Yes, this is true. You may believe that you can ignore God and Jesus Christ while here in mortality, but God is calling you to his gospel here or he will do the same in Spirit Prison. Yet, even there, you have the freedom to choose. If you still refuse while in Spirit Prison that will lessen your opportunity to enter a higher kingdom at the end of the Spirit Prison term, on the final judgement day. It is therefore better to heed God's call now and take the name of Jesus Christ upon you here in mortality rather than in Spirit Prison. To do it here, will gain you an opportunity to enter paradise, and to exist in peace, without troubles awaiting that final judgment day, but all that requires a righteous effort and work here in mortality.
What all of this does, is gives to you knowledge and truth of what occurs by a choice to refuse. It shows what the choice is about, what is entailed within this choice to heed God's call or not. This is important, because so many other churches, and the world itself, has filled us with falsehoods about life after death. It is horrible to find out after death, as you then think, "Oh my goodness, I was foolish", and be assured many will experience that much too late.
What do you loose in the lower kingdoms?
When final judgement takes place, where God judges everyone, both the unrighteous and righteous, God will decide as to who goes into which of the three kingdoms. These are the highest being the Celestial Kingdom with God the Father and Jesus Christ. Then below, in this order is the Terrestrial Kingdom and then the Telestial Kingdom.
What do you loose in the kingdoms lower than the celestial? First, you loose "family". There are no families in the lower kingdoms, and no way to make families. This means the family that you now have here in mortality will end at death or the end of mortality. There will not be any marriages taking place in the lower kingdoms. All marriages that exist in this mortal world, that are not celestial or temple marriages, will also end when mortality ends or at the time of death. This is why other churches give the marriage vows as "till death do you part", and part you will, never to re-enter marriage or man-women relationships again. God has decreed that those in these lower kingdoms will not have any "increase". This word refers to many things, one of which is marriage and family. All people in these lower kingdoms will not be able to have children and hence no families.
Instead, people in these lower kingdoms will become angels or servants for God and for those who reside in the celestial kingdom. Your bodies that you have now will change in order to reside in any of the two lower kingdoms.
The Celestial Kingdom is the only place where you can retain your family or gain one, and even carry on in marriage. To enter this kingdom requires that you first heed the call to repentance and join the Lord's true Church, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
What of the Other Religions or Faiths?
I will relate to you one major difference, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is the true Church that has the Lord Jesus Christ at its head. Lord Jesus Christ does not oversee any other church on this earth because he did not build it or give the necessary spiritual authority and power to any other church. The plan of Salvation, which begins with baptism by water, in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. To obtain the gift of the Holy Ghost, which is the constant companionship of him, requires the hands on blessing from the Lord's priesthood, which is the Melchizedek (or Melchisedec) priesthood (see Psalm 110:4 / Hebrew 5:6,10)
The Father and Lord Jesus Christ operate in their order of things. For any of God's callings to be proper and to allow proper sanctification, it must occur in the order which God himself has set out in the manner and way he declared in his doctrines and by his will through commandments. This is why Jesus commanded that we are to accept baptism by water then baptism by the Holy Ghost. It is by this manner we set ourselves onto the path of salvation and repentance, in order to become clean and enter the house (Kingdom) of the God. Heavenly Father made Jesus Christ the highest priest in the priesthood order of Melchizedek, which is the name after the faithful king Melchizedek.
No other Church has the power or authority needed to bring the souls of people into salvation, none. God does not create different creeds and denominations, with varying doctrines, which cause confusion. God is not the author of confusion (1 Corinthians 14:33 / DC 132:8) and it is by this confusion of wavering doctrines called the doctrines of men (Mark 7:7 / Ephesians. 4:14) that leads people astray believing false information. I say this in all seriousness. Where many will debate this with eloquent words, I confirm my words to you by the Spirit of God. Where man or woman denies my words by their own interpretations and beliefs, I confirm the truth of what I say by a true spiritual witness. This witness is that the Lord himself, through his Holy Spirit and through the Light of Christ which resides in all of us, confirmed to me many times, that The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is his true Church. That the prophet Joseph Smith is a prophet of God and the Book of Mormon, Pearl of Great Price, and Doctrine of Covenants are the word of God. There is no man or woman on this earth that can speak by the witness of the Holy Spirit, for no man can call Jesus Lord but by the Holy Ghost.
I therefore say to you, that the Lord will confirm to you the truth of these words. He will confirm the call to his one and true Church if you ask in humble prayer, with a sincere heart and mind to seek the truth. The Lord will have the Holy Ghost lead you, bring you the truth, only if you are sincere in seeking it. The Lord knows our hearts, down to its deepest depths, parts that no one can see without his help. Therefore, no one can fool or trick God by the slight of word. If you are sincere and humble yourself before him in kneeling prayer, then call upon the Father in the name of Jesus Christ and ask. This is an age old method, known by all prophets of God. As did the prophet Moroni, who admonishes everyone as he said:
Moroni. 10:4
And when ye shall receive these things, I would exhort you that ye would ask God, the Eternal Father, in the name of Christ, if these things are not true; and if ye shall ask with a sincere heart, with real intent, having faith in Christ, he will manifest the truth of it unto you, by the power of the Holy Ghost.
